What's Springfest without a little blood?
Happy @springfest-rote everybody! @zeepia-tu and I have been hard at work creating a wistful, sexy, bloody fic. To do so, we maybe kinda sorta put a whole bunch of AUs together to make a surprisingly soft and heartwarming fic.
What's it about, you ask?
Mafia!Fitz makes it out of an attack from a rival gang with his life... barely. The beautiful cafe owner and artist, who he's been yearning after for almost a decade, rescues him before he bleeds out.
Amber takes him back to her apartment, though she suspects it's a bad idea. But why would it be a bad idea? Well, Vampire!Amber has decades of experience under her belt, and she knows better than to get too close to someone she's longed for so desperately. She knows it's a sure way to getting her heart broken.
But Amber just can't help herself.
