Lincoln Museum - July 2024 The Abraham Lincoln Library and Museum is located in Springfield, Illinois. It is impressive and informative. As you enter, lifelike figures of the Lincoln family are there to greet you. You can also take selfies with the statues. There are two very impressive presentations which make use of modern technology to create ghost images which interact with live actors. Unfortunately they do not allow any form of pictures or videos during the presentations. The rest of the museum presents aspects of Lincoln’s life and times with everything from a depiction of a slave auction to Mary Todd Lincoln being dressed for an inaugural ball by her maid servant.
