Lilac syrup in the making. Heat 500ml water and 500g sugar until the sugar completely dissolves. Add into cooling syrup sliced lemon and some vanilla. Add to 10-12 stems of lilac flowers throughly removed from all green parts. Let sit 24h. Strain out all parts. Bring to a boil one more time. Bottle and enjoy. .... same way as I make elderflower syrup.
