Fresh spring vegetables, eggs, and cheese are all layered on top of a crispy pizza crust in this Spring Pizza with Eggs Sandwich. It's a fun take on regular pizza that goes great with a hearty sandwich.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. 1 cup fresh spinach leaves. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 4 eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. On a baking sheet, roll out the pizza dough. The mozzarella, Parmesan, and ricotta cheeses should be spread out evenly on the dough. Put the cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves on top of the cheese layer. Make 4 small holes in the pizza and put an egg in each one. Add salt and pepper to taste to the eggs. Put olive oil on top of the pizza. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set. Take it out of the oven and add fresh basil leaves on top. Cut it up and serve it hot.
