It's that time folks! Starting seeds in greenhouse space courtesy of Chickadee Creek Farm! Onions, Leeks, Scallions, Spinach, Oregano, and Thyme, all under the soil,waiting to sprout.
Check out the size of those herb seeds! Small as anything! It is amazing that plants with such potent smells and ferocious growth can come from such a compact bit.
Oh, that? That crazy contraption you see is called a vacuum seeder. It just about halves the time spent seeding. It uses the suction of an everyday vacuum to gently place seeds right where they belong.
