Xiaguo stared at the sky, smiling lightly. The dream sand a certain Guardian gave to the children to give them good dreams was truly amazing. How he wished to be acknowledged, by any of the Guardians. But Xiaguo knew when things were and were not going to happen. So, with a sigh of lonliness and defeat, Xiaguo turned around and started walking away, not once looking back.

Another face he was relieved to see.  Though one he believed was long since gone.  Was this a dream of some kind?  Doubtful, since he rarely slept.  He couldn't deny the fact that right before his eyes was a face he never imagined he'd see again.  Sandy.

His mouth hung open in mild shock for a moment before he collected himself.  It was possible this was indeed Sandy, but one with a past far different from his own.  There was no bringing back the dead, after all.  Adjusting the scarf he often wore, Mani nodded in recognition.  

"Sanderson.  It is..."  a pause, he had to find the right word, "refreshing to see you again."

Eve looked over at them from his spot standing, hands in his black silk pants pockets, looking over the four with his dead looking eyes, acknowledging them and looking behind him to make sure they were looking at something behind him. When Eve saw nothing, he turned back to them, raising an eyebrow, slightly confused.

What brings you to acknowledge me of all people? Eve asked them silently, watching them as he looked over them, half tempted to just walk away. After all, this had to be a mistake on their part.
