大概几年前吧，我去美国留学，住在旧金山隔壁一个叫金银岛（Treasure Island)的人工岛屿，跟名字一样，这里的景致也极其浪漫，呼啦啦的大棕榈树，山丘密林上的灯塔，满是野鸭的大草坪，神秘的废弃宿舍，礁岩上一片乌黑，隔海相望，黄昏时刻，对岸的整个城市显得非常遥远。 加州独有的日照和植被让我兴奋异常，以为到了度假胜地，可这里平日非常静僻，多数时候只有海和风的声音 ，偶尔一辆车驶过，已经让你觉得非常聒噪了。 后来的一大段时间，心情特别不好，我就一个人骑着车子到处晃荡，提溜着简易的画具，环岛随便找个舒服的地方就画，开一听可乐，把耳机开大，用笔在纸上划拉的瞬间，似乎人生已经非常完美，沉醉在画中，可以逃避掉任何麻烦，我就这样上了瘾，后来甚至连课都懒得上了，避开喧嚣，自己偷偷钻进树丛，安静的躲一下午，然后享受提着画作回家的心情，既充实又虚度，特别满足。 也许是过于慵懒，我的风景也越来越软，早就不考虑什么学校教的那一套，一笔一画全凭兴致，也不计较画画的得失，纯粹为了打发一段时间，阳光太足晒的我发昏，绵绵的笔触似乎有了甜味，像软糖。 现在，我收整了这段时光，为了出书和展览，任性的给每幅画取了非常直观的名字，它们其实都没有什么特别的含义，仅是我的一段私人生活而已，如今翻看，依然散发着暖暖的余温，我不知以后是否还会涂出这样瑰丽的色彩，但唯一能印证这段心情的，只有这些歪歪斜斜的画作。 A few years ago I went to the United States to study in San Francisco ，Next to my apartment was an island called Treasure Island as the name of itself with all those romantic landsacpe ：palm trees, jungle style lighthouse on hills , wild ducks hanging around a mysterious abandoned dormitory.The whole city based on a side of river seems far away from this little isolated world. by the time I study abourd I hung a lot on the island ,those paintings has been namend casually with a momently state of mind .it is also a setimental relection through the treasure island and me ：a soft , wet ,tropical sesasion which I felt ed painted on the cavans .Those painting exist as the only evidence of a relationship from this place and me ：as a place I love to stay ，also a mental schelter for all my solititue and homeless feeling . —————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Yuwei Gong Male, born in 1986, likes painting and playing with toys, showed in several exhibitions and released some comic books, graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 2008 for animation, went to study in the U.S. in 2012, and returned to China in 2016, now living in Beijing and Shenzhen.
