Hello, I have returned with a Moonchild art update

I printed out parts of the drawing to sketch over to help me visualize concepts more easily. (I wrote the "ignore lines on "fringe"" note in three seconds, hence the terrible handwriting which I feel like I have to defend myself over)

Anyways. I wanted to ask your thoughts on my sketch for the wool texturing- the thicker black lines and black blotches will be rendered as semi-opaque shading, alongside thin curved lines to represent wool clumps.

What is a hearttype?

"Otherhearted describes a person who has a strong fundamental connection to a species or character which impacts their core sense of self. This is most commonly described in terms of identifying with a being as opposed to identifying as one."

Do you have any spiritual beliefs related to being therian?

Part of me wants to believe that therians were those animals in past lives, but if this is the case I'm not sure how otherkins spirit-wise (though I have vague ideas)

(Also correct me if I'm wrong on my assumptions of the words therian and otherkin, I have researched much yet but as far as I've gathered, therians are real animals and otherkins are mythical animals?)

I'ma break this down into parts of the basics of therianthropy and otherkins based on what I know to help explain better and then put my input here :3

Therianthropy is the identity of being an animal on a non-physical plane. The most common forms a therian can be are spiritual and psychological.

Spiritual therians usually have something to do around reincarnation or something around the lines of a spiritual link with the animal's soul along with the human soul as well.

Psychological or Mental therians are therians that come to identification of an animal due to how they think and act in other ways than a human and feel most comfortable doing so.

Otherkinship is an umbrella term for beings who identify as something that isn't an animal nor "real person". The most common otherkins are usually demonkins, angelkins, voidkins, fictionkins, and many many other non-human/ creatures.

I'm unsure wether otherkins have spiritual links, but it could very much occur, considering the amount of different otherkins and types of beings they are.

I recommend researching more on these topics and interacting with other kins and therians to get more info, as I may be inaccurate. (Feel free to call me out if any of this is wrong :3)

Now, for my personal therianthropy, I am mainly a psychological therian, but I've been digging deeper and finding hints of spiritual as well, but it's uncertain for now.
