Yeah Charon and by that extension Locus have breached both the Rome Treaty (for what constitutes a Crime Against Humnaity, he’s breached like 7 of the 11 things listed). Then we move onto the Geneva Convention and War Crimes and Locus and Charon have pretty much gone against every single Geneva Convention. Like Locus can’t even claim diminished responsibility as he was the one leading Doyle and the Feds into War. No mount of doubts and uncertainty can redeem him from it.
Given the nature of the war on Chorus the parties at fault here are Locus, Felix and Charon. Hargrove is in prison. Felix is dead. Locus has faced no repercussions for his actions at all. This is disgusting on the part of RT and the mere idea of him getting a redemption arc is terrible writing.
