7squared: We officially launch tomorrow (Wednesday, Nov 16th), and we invite you to unplug, go outside, and listen, intently; for 7 minutes for 7 days.
SW4SX: Sounds easy enough; and, I don't know if I can sit still that long...
7squared: Fear not, we're going to post some tips and tricks each day to help you. The first one is: "Imagine you're in a train station; every time your mind starts to wander (i.e., a "train" of thought), think to yourself, 'come back to the station'"...
