Today; Went to the gym as soon as I woke up, nothing but water in my system which makes me feel like I've earned a meal afterwards! Didn't have a leg day but I always end the session with a bit of gluces pump and went to my highest weight of 110 today which I was pretty happy with! Only had a bagel when I got in but now about to tuck into a smoothie bowl and some plain quinoa and buckwheat.
I really miss weightlifting. It's definitely time to get back into it. I use to feel like a beast now I just feel sluggish.
