Bottom squat + hip lift ______________________________ This is a great mobility drill to open up the ankles, knees, and hips. Begin in a forward fold position with your feet in squat position and a slight bend in your knees. Grab under your toes (bend knees as needed) and fire your back muscles to create tension through the core. Then slowly pull yourself down into a squat by dropping the hips and lifting the chest. Your elbows will finish inside your knees and you can push them out into your legs to deepen the stretch. Slowly push your hips up and back as you return to your forward fold position.
