A little run down on the Dance Studio SquidFresca!
In short, It’s a small but largely growing dance studio near Inkopolis run by Chasse, with the help of Taro, Yula, and other members if you want to involve your squid! If your squid enjoys choreography and dancing, feel free to put their dancing/studio visits in the squidfresca tag!

OK I’m not the best with a lot of typing but bare with me since it’s just sort of stating facts! ALSO a little edited without the backstory between him and yula- that’s a whoooooole different story
Chasse was first a super famous online dancer, posting choreo videos and occasional tutorials along with them back at home and with different online friends (He befriends Taro this way, but Taro doesn’t come to inkopolis until way later). Having his large fanbase already, he informed how he’d be moving into Inkopolis and uploading less. He’ll be settling in and getting money to sustain staying in the actual apartment. So he played turf wars and ranked continuously, on the down low to make that cash money-- Around here is where he meets friends like Basil and Alvaro, his main splat squad.
After months of settling in and making enough to at least pay for the next few months, He starts whining to the two about how much he doesn’t want to continue spaltting regularly to make cash mons. Getting a job would be even less fruitful to continue doing. He misses dancing so much! So Chasse goes back into posting on some sites. not entire choreo videos, but on places like IG and Twitter equivalents in splatoon. He didn’t want to whine on any site for reasons, and instead asked interests in if he were to start a group? One group to enter in matches and grow from there! While getting in an immense amount of responses, Him and Alvaro with Basil pass by a rent venue. and it just clicks to chasse and the two in unison going “oh no”
Chasse binge plays in ranked, with and without Basil and Alvaro, needing that cash to buy the venue. He may have overworked himself a few times but in several months of hopping up and down ranks, he made enough to get it at least! Now he gets that fear, if this studio will actually succeed. So he goes around sites, asking and asking continuously if people would be interested. Seeing how many in numbers, both familiar and new followers taking interest, he was beyond ecstatic to start setting up!
SO Speeding time through money making to set up the place into a dance studio, blog for people to apply and all that Jazz, He talks with Taro about the name he has NO idea for. Taro the lovely boy suggested the name through both Chasse’s cool blue color and how refreshing and breezy he is~ Due to Chasse’s ego he was fucking SOLD with that name and officially opened the place! Time passes more and with just the small group, he finds Taro in the city now, screaming that he is in this group with him. There’s NO way he couldn’t be a part of it without him! Taro also ended his online channel entirely, but his fans saw him again through Chasse’s account and got more interests in the studio! Then when him and Yula are back together, his cash and popularity helped the place skyrocket. So now it’s a big ol’ family of squid dancers!!! CHASSE IS THE HAPPIEST SQUID BEYOND COMPARE AND CAN PROBABLY CRY ONT HE SPOT IF HE MADE A DUMB SPEECH.
They have a signature group and smaller members who join yearly dance-offs and opening acts for splatfests!!!!
Instructors: So far, It’s been Chasse and Taro alternating, usually letting the members teach dances also.
