Silver turns the template in his hands, squinting at it. The details are fine, meant to be fed through a network before becoming a living Pokemon. The shape of it is obvious to him - he remembers seeing some of the very first ones, when his father was originally working on them.
Porygon, the Virtual Pokemon. The first man-made Pokemon.
He thumbs the edge of the template. The machines to bring it to life were kept away from the public, but he's sure Giovanni knows how to get a hold of one.
"Is this you giving me a new Pokemon to raise?"
The question comes off as more suspicious than he means for it to, but the suspicion is there. Maybe this thing was a way to try and keep an even closer eye on him.
