Hi Everyone. A little while since I last posted.... I think it's a good idea to strip old display cakes and recreate something new. I made this one for my table top I had at the weekend. I coloured the sugarpaste with @sugarflaircolours Gooseberry for top and bottom tier (6" and 4"). The sugarflower is one I made at a course I attended last year run by @alandunnsugarcraft at my local sugarcraft club, using @squireskitchen florist paste coloured with @sugarflaircolours "Melon".
