We got a feeder to stick on the window. Clearly I need to put it on the upper sash.
Squirrel Party - Requested by @squirreltastic
Any tips on how to coord bodyline squirrel party in lavender in a more "mature" way? The dress has a lot going on... and I know It's going to be so hard to coord it in that way and in a way that I feel comfortable but at the same time I don't want to part with the dress. Thank you.
One of the easiest ways in my opinion to take a very sweet pastel print and make it look more mature is to coord it with ivory. It goes just as well with pastel colors as white would but it comes off as more mature. You can also layer it with pieces that will tone down the very sweet design of the dress such as an ivory cardigan or bolero worn over the dress instead of a blouse. There can be a bit of a trick with making it mature but also making a cohesive look and I think the trick to this is the accessories. For a more mature look go smaller and more neutral for your headwear. Instead of a big bow right on top of the head try a smaller bow off to a side or even a hat like a beret. To bring everything together take inspiration from the print for your jewelry and such. Maybe steer clear of the cakes and squirrels and instead focus on the flowers, especially the roses.
