The war between the squirrels is heating up
I have been giving them unlimited peanut access if they come up and ask
Very cute and i get to see bellies
This is fine they either want one or 2 and then scamper away
BUT THIS EVENING
One auspicious squirrel has been coming to the door asking for one. I give, she goes off and buries it in the backyard not 10 feet from the door and I'm watching.
Comes back right away asking for another one, while being suspicious that she may too go and bury this one i gave in because she stood on her back legs sooo cute<3
But surely enough runs off and buried it next to the other one, comes aback and asks for another one
At this point having enough and having forbidden eldrich knowledge of whete this squirrel had hidden its treasure I go outside. Dig up the recently hidden goodies and toss em to her
She is befuddled but undeterred and promptly planted them in one of my pots and they immediately asking for more
