How many do you think is too many? 🤔
I'd better get on with today's tasks, but here's Dunkie hanging out on the couch in the meantime
I found a butterfly in the garden! 🤪🤓
Her name is Estephania and she listens to reggae music all summer. She loves fluttering to those hip bass lines and positive lyrics. Estephania is a curator at her city's science museum and sets up fun exhibitions each season. Right now, she's working on one about carnivorous plants. Come by for a tour!

So fast-forward a few days, and voila: a new very active special interest sprang forth. I knew my chances of finding any actual Squishmallows at Kmart were very slight, having been checking for them every time I went there for months and finding none - but I decided to go there at their opening time just to get the Squishmallows lap desk the site said was in stock. Lo and behold, I happened upon a fresh Squishmallows drop. Well idk if it was a rerelease or what as their tags all lacked bios (had to Google why later) but I wasn't asking questions as I quickly recalculated my budget to include a 30cm one (that was the only size in by that time), and grabbed a Peety the pig, the one I liked best at face value. Looookit the curly tail!! Except pretty sure I thought it was a cow cos of the spots 😅
Also got this Squishmallows backpack at the same time 🥰

Well friends, I think it is about time I introduce you to my Squishmallows collection.
Let's start with the first ever ones I bought.
Happened upon these two at the ole Kmart back in what must have been about mid-2022, they were the last two there and I thought they were cute so I got one for me and one for my newest niece who was due soon. Turns out she loved it straight away, aww 🥲
So I gave Opal the octopus (Valentine's hearts version) to the lil cutie as a 0st birthday/welcome to the world gift and kept Phoenix this here unicorn for yours truly. Have seen pics of Phoenix online and I think the American version is harsher colouring than the New Zealand version (looks way too busy and can't make out the face as well), so I'm glad I could get our version 🥰
