I tweeted to him a toned-down version of my rant yesterday abt how using golems in dnd is antisemitic especially when I’m supposed to sit here and watch vm slaughter one

and he replied this morning and his response was basically “I’m sorry you’re upset but golems in dnd have no religious connotation. x is what they are and y is what they do, dnd takes inspiration from all sorts of mythology. I Promise it’s not antisemitic anyway cr is definitely still a safe space for you uwu”

I'm no expert cuz I'm just a simple cis lesbian but from what I've seen, butch and femme are more about gender presentation and not necessarily exclusive to wlw? Like its roots are from lesbians but I think the words have a wider reach than that. I think GNC/NB folx can use it too, at least I don't see why not.

that helps actually..... reading into it it’s seemed like as a term it has become Generally Queer and not just restricted to lesbian circles so if it’s still largely seen that way i guess i feel more comfortable using it w/o feeling like im infringing on the community

I mean if it’s acting up and bleeding a lot you probbbably don’t want to stress it out more by going to work. I’m not sure what you do at your job but you should really rest it. I think your best option would probably to try to go to an urgent care clinic, like the next thing down from the ER. Your stitches might be loose or your blood might not be clotting right so you shouldn’t hold off on that.

yaeh i have a place like that nearby my house... i just dont wanna go alone. also the wound is in a ....weird place and im really not comfortable with anyone else seeing it. also i dont have stitches. the wound is in such a weird place that stitches wouldnt work, so they had to leave it open and they had to put a ;wound vac’ (basically a tube and a machine that helps it heal) on it. its been off for a couple weeks now and its been fine but today its just...acting up.

thanks for the advice though. i might just suck it up and go to the doctor...
