so I just bound for the first time

(I think that’s how that’s written??)Albeit with a too small sports bra… And owww,,it felt so good but also how do I breathe?? I was so flat and you could barely see anything but myribs! are actually so painful! Geez! Anyway I only lasted an hour or so but it felt amazing!!

(By the way make sure you safe bind and never bind more than six to eight hours)
