idk what transmasc or genderfucky person needs to hear this but you can use eyebrow mascara on peach fuzz or light, barely visible facial hair to make it more noticable (as well as using it on eyebrows too can help you appear as more “masc” if you don’t overdo it and it just looks like natural but darker brows). It takes very little time for me to apply to my face, and I’ve been able to find tubes of eyebrow mascara at places like Walmart for under $10 (although I haven’t been doing this long enough to have a good concept of how long a tube lasts, plus I don’t apply it every day)

sometimes it really pisses me off how people will see a maximalist stylistic presentation and automatically equate it to an intention to convey femininity like no I’m not wearing a bunch of accessories to be perceived as girly I’m trying to look like howls moving castle up in here

I know we get all up in arms when we encounter people who are against they/them pronouns for "grammar reasons" and I agree. However, I was reared by a man who actually took pains to teach me when to use who versus whom, regularly used "one" and "oneself" rather than "general you," and was quite staunchly, if at times incorrectly, insistent upon specific grammatical rules as a Romance language teacher.

He was quite approving of neopronouns such as ze/hir, ey/em, and so on, and when I explained that Early Modern English did, in fact, utilize the singular they/them, he accepted it despite his pouting at being proven incorrect.

That makes exactly one person who uses that argument whom I trust to do so in good faith.

Does he continue to do so despite his being proven wrong multiple times?

Yes.

However, he both has a memory disorder and is quite literally ninety years old, and also almost visibly kicks himself when he misgenders me (due to the aforementioned memory disorder and age-related Brain™️) despite my using he/him pronouns rather than they/them or neopronouns, so I kinda don't begrudge him this flaw.

My grandparents randomly showed up to bring me a random assortment of food, a winter coat, and a birthday cake that reads "happy birthday J" (I will be eating it prior to by birthday as it will go bad by then) and I just don't understand how they can continue to call me a woman and call me "she" at this point. I mean for fuck's sake, medical professionals and government officials will ask when [deadname] will be available because they can't comprehend a voice this deep belonging to who they are looking for. I have a noticeable mustache at this point. If I went somewhere in public with them, people would think that they're both going senile.
