Superior Strategy of Piggy Boom

1. You can receive up to 20 puzzle pieces from your friends per day.

2. You get one free summoner per day, but if you don’t use it, next day you will not get another one.

3. After having summoned Nicholas, you have only 4 hours to attack it. If you killed Nicolas, you will get a rewards of 2 million golds, 20 spins, and other random rewards as speaker, hearts, snacks, bombs.

4. You have to claim Nicolas rewards in 24 hours when it’s defeated, if you don´t, it will disappear.

5. Every player can get 30 free bombs per day, but if you don’t use all of them, next day you will still have 30 free bombs in total ( include your bought bombs). It can´t be accumulated. Therefore, try to use all your bombs every day!

6. About the puzzle pieces, it´s not that you can get puzzle pieces once an item is built. Here is the hidden rules: For those items less than 2 million golds, once you have consumed 2 million golds in total building several items, you will get one puzzle piece. For those items more than 2 million but less than 5 million, you can get 1 to 3 puzzle pieces one time randomly. For those items more than 5 million, you can get at most 5 puzzle pieces one time.

7. When another player sends you a puzzle piece, you should use it, otherwise you can´t transfer it to other players again.

8. Five accounts can be logged in to one device at most. Once the 6th account has been tried to log in to the same device, this device will be banned, you cannot log-in to Piggy Boom on this device anymore.

9. Piggy Mummy will protect your bought gold for 5 minutes!

10. When the player has less than 2 shields, consume 50 spins can certainly get a shield.

Expanding Our Tribe of Global Natives

We're terrible at updating our blog, this we readily admit. But it's not that simple. The vast majority of our work is on content, products, brands, or initiatives that aren't public yet, and as such, we're not at liberty to discuss them publicly. The great irony of increasingly doing more interesting work  is being able to talk about it less and less. That said, stay tuned for some very exciting announcements and launches in the coming months.

But... there is some exciting news we can share at this time: we're hiring! And we want YOU (if you're particularly awesome that is).

Our London office is quickly growing, as we increase the breadth and depth of our offerings to our innovative clients around the world, and as such, we're looking to add several all stars to our staff ASAP. These roles are dynamic, challenging, and come with the option to quickly advance.

We're looking for multiple Junior Strategists, from entry-mid level, to play critical roles on a wide range of client accounts, with an emphasis on digital strategy and production. If you've got solid experience coming up with big ideas and helping make them actionable, regardless of sector, please be in touch. 

We're also looking to hire an Office Manager/Personal Assistant (don't worry, we'll come up with a much cooler title), basically someone to be the glue and help Daniel, our CEO, keep the trains running on time and everyone having fun. Vision and The Total CIO

Vision is often the telltale demarcation between a leader and a manager. A manager knows how to climb a ladder, but a leader knows where the ladder needs to go—leaders have the vision to point the organization in the right direction!

Harvard Business Review, January 2009, asks “what does it mean to have vision?”

First of all, HBR states that vision is the “central component in charismatic leadership.” They offer three components of vision, and here are my thoughts on these:

“Sensing opportunities and threats in the environment”—(recognizing future impacts) this entails “foreseeing events” and technologies that will affect the organization and one’s stakeholders. This means not only constantly scanning the environment for potential impacts, but also making the mental connections between, internal and external factors, the risks and opportunities they pose, and the probabilities that they will occur.

“Setting strategic direction”—(determining plans to respond) this means identifying the best strategies to get out ahead of emerging threats and opportunities and determining how to mitigate risks or leverage opportunities (for example, to increase mission effectiveness, revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction).

“Inspiring constituents”—(executing on a way ahead) this involves assessing change readiness, “challenging the status quo” (being a change agent), articulating the need and “new ways of doing things”, and motivating constituent to take necessary actions.

The CIO/CTO is in a unique position to provide the vision and lead in the organization, since they can bring alignment between the business needs and the technologies that can transform it.

The IT leader cannot afford to get bogged down in firefighting the day-to-day operations to the exclusion of planning for the future of the enterprise. Firefighting is mandatory when there is a fire, but he fire must eventually be extinguished and the true IT leader must provide a vision that goes beyond tomorrow’s network availability and application up-time. Sure the computers and phones need to keep working, but the real value of the IT leader is in providing a vision of the future and not just more status quo.

The challenge for the CIO/CTO is to master the business and the technical, the present and the future—to truly understand the mission and the stakeholders as they are today as well as the various technologies and management best practices available and emerging to modernize and reengineer. Armed with business and technical intelligence and a talent to convert the as-is to the to-be, the IT leader can increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness, help the enterprise better compete in the marketplace and more fully satisfy customers now and in the future.
