बेस अस्पताल के गेट पर ही पता चल जाएगा कि कौन से डॉक्टर आज ओपीडी में बैठे हैं। श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज से संबंधित अस्पताल की ओपीडी में रोस्टर सूचना पटल के अनुसार चिकित्सकों के नाम डिस्प्ले किए जाएंगे। बेस अस्पताल की ओपीडी में विभिन्न भागों के विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के बैठने का दिन तय है, लेकिन मरीजों को यह जानकारी नहीं मिल पाती। इसके अलावा किसी डॉक्टर के अवकाश में होने की जानकारी भी नहीं मिल पाती है। ऐसे में दूरदराज से आने वाले मरीज परेशान होते हैं। कॉलेज के प्रमुख प्रोफेसर सीएम रावत ने बताया कि शासन व निदेशालय से प्रत्येक विभाग की ओपीडी में जिस भी ड्यूटी पर रहने वाले चिकित्सक का नाम डिस्प्ले होगा, उसे उपस्थित होना जरूरी है। चिकित्सकों की ड्यूटी रोज अस्पताल के मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार ओपीडी के बाहर और इमरजेंसी सहित अन्य प्रमुख स्थानों में चस्पा की जाएगी।

श्रीनगर: रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस में घुसा शराबी, छात्रों ने करी जमकर धुलाई
आज गढ़वाल विश्वविद्यालय में उस समय तहलका मच गया, जब एक शराबी रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस में घुस गया। इसके बाद छात्रों ने उसकी जमकर धुनाई कर दी। गढ़वाल विश्वविद्यालय के रजिस्ट्रार से मिलने के लिए जय हो छात्र संगठन के छात्र पहुंचे थे। इसी बीच एक शराबी भी रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में प्रवेश कर गया। इसके बाद शराबी और छात्रों के बीच कहासुनी हो गई। मामला इतना बढ़ गया कि हाथापाई तक की नौबत आ गई। कहासुनी के बाद छात्रों ने शराबी की पिटाई कर दी। छात्रों का कहना है कि वैसे तो विश्वविद्यालय में इतनी आसानी से किसी भी छात्र को रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस में मिलने नहीं दिया जाता, लेकिन शराबी को इतनी आसानी से घुसने दिया जा रहा है। इसके बाद वहां छात्रों द्वारा जमकर हंगामा किया गया। छात्र तब ही शांत हुए जब शराबी के ऊपर कार्यवाही करने का आश्वासन दिया गया।
