-Name and Address. (If International, I will tell you what the shipping cost is based on address)

-E-mail address associated with your Paypal account.

Note:

For a secure transaction, I only accept payments via Paypal.

I will create invoices for you once you confirm that you are ready to finalize your order via e-mail.

Paypal will charge a Transaction Fee which must be paid by you.

-Fee will be included on invoice.
