chloe, i resonate with you so deeply about the job. i actually gave my work my notice of resignation today and it was a longgg time coming as the company just did not care about me and mentally depleted me. We both deserve soooo much better and deserve to not feel stressed and miserable everyday!!! I know the job market is shitty now, but you mentally come first and do not deserve to be treated how you are at your job. You deserve so much more than this. I am sending you so much love and strength right now!! You will feel relieved sending in your resignation I know it. I wish you the best of luck and am alwaysss here to support you💖💖💖💖

avaaaaaaaaaaa 💖💖💖💖i swear sometimes i think r minds are like connected in some way - i'm glad you were able to hand in your resignation bc i know theyve been treating you like shit for ages. honestly youre so right like it gets to a point where it's just no longer manageable no matter how many coping mechanisms you try to employ or how badly you try to keep a positive mindset. the job market is definitely a huge worry of mine and i hate the fact that im quitting tbh but yeah the mental and physical burnout is literally killing me for no money so it's like whats even the point babe.
