Title: Affection
Series: Brave Express Might Gaine
(Based on SRW X Scenario 17 A)
Basically Gaine and Black Gaine hours, me love them.
———————————————————————
After the retrieval of the units to the N-Nautilus, pilots and mecha alike were in a little relief from the successful mission. Meanwhile in the hangar belonging to the Brave Express Corps a new member has been added to the squad, how can they accept him so easily? Nia once told him that humans and robots can understand each other and as long he has a heart of justice Maito acknowledges him as the brother from his partner.
“We count on you from now on, Black” the bombers reassured him and apologized about the words they told him before, of him being a counterfeit of Gaine, is true that he’s based in a copy from his AI, but he has his own personality and lots of things to learn. Without asking for any help the humans assisted him with the knowledge from the world...
Iori and Spero explained about Al-Warth and how magic works, kinda confusing but still amused. Wataru and Ryujinmaru showed him about the legend of the Savior and the mission to bring back the rainbow, Ange was reserved with pointing about how to throw everything away and rely on survival as well with Simon and Viral (who for him sounded like Maito) to be a man and show guts.
Nadia was scared at first but with a little approach she justified that Black is not human so it’s better to make him learn about fighting is never a solution to the problems then heavy steps were close to him. Gaine appreciated the kind words from the humans to his now brother in arms and politely asked for some alone time with him, they agreed calling a day.
“Looks like you adapted to the humans, glad to know” the white and blue mech spoke to him while guiding him to his assigned station to recharge, some checkups were scheduled for tomorrow by a suggestion from Kuramitsu, commander of the Cygnus.
“I’ve learned a lot from them and it makes me happy to be of help and learn more to be of service for the cause of justice” replied Black.
“That’s not enough...” a whisper almost unsaid by Gaine, he bowed offering an apology “I know that Maito and I called you horrible things but by fact you and I are the same so Black... I’m sorry” the train robot said, hoping his feelings reached the dark robot in front of him, unexpectedly his body was moved by the other in a hug.
Confused Gaine asks “Black?...” blinking his optics he couldn’t read the other’s actions “Nia told me when someone says sorry a way to accept an apology is with a hug... is that ok?” Innocence in his voice, and letting go of his twin smiled “Don’t worry Gaine I wasn’t offended back then, after all I was under mind control” replied the train robot. Relief filled within Gaine’s circuits and with everything solved he concluded “Is good to show affection from time to time” he whispered to himself.
