FAQ Addition

A few of you who have signed up have asked the following question (or one that is similar), so we will be adding this to our FAQ.  

Do Prompts need to be kept within the context of their allocated season? Yes. All prompts should be filled to relate to their allocated season. For example: The Season 1 prompt “Baby’s Arsenal” should be set only during Season 1, despite the Impala and her stash of weapons being a constant presence throughout most other seasons. 

Remember that Canon Divergence and Alternate Canon are totally acceptable!! 

You can interpret your prompts however you want, so long as you keep your creations within Canonverse and within the allocated season. You can bring dead characters back to life and kill off others before their time (Canon Divergence). You can introduce s4 characters into your season 1 prompt (Alternate Canon).

Hello, quick question. I have signed up to take part in the bingo at the beginning of the year. I am currently in the mood for changing my URL to something different (though I haven't decided one way or the other yet or what it might be). How would I go about posting stories for the bingo moving forward if I was to do so? Would I need to make reference to my old URL name on the story?

You need to send us an ask with your old url and tell us what you are changing it too so we can make a not of it in our sheet.

Hi, I am sorry if this is a bit of a silly question. I have a series idea, and the entire series is going to fill one square. Will each part/chapter need to state which square it is filled and should I be tagging yourself into each chapter as well as the masterlist I create for the series?

It depends. If you want us to reblog every chapter you need to state which square on each chapter and tag us in them.

The masterlist for the bingo you only have to link to the masterlist for the series.

Hello. Did you receive my recent fic Best Laid Plans, square filled Bed Sharing or have I missed something?

I can see that it's reblogged now which is really fast.

All the admins have busy schedules which mean if you are unlucky and post just before one of us went through the tags there can go up to a week or two at times before we go through and q again. Other times we are faster.

That and we q everything so depending on how many participants that has posted fics that given week or two it might take a few days to pass through the q.

If we haven't reblogged after 2-3 weeks reach out. Until then patience and understanding that we all have busy day jobs and families and lives outside of tumblr.

Pairing is missing on both fics. It's a good idea to read through our format page to make sure everything is there before posting.

Hey, I was wondering, do you guys approve the mark offs on the bingo card or can we do that ourselves?

If we reblog it we approved it. If you wrote something that haven't been reblogged reach out and we will look into why.

Once you submit your card we will run though all the fics again to make sure they follow the rules before you receive a black out badge
