So this is us, doing this thing :P I know I wrote in my last post from Sally's POV, but I'll delete that if that's preferred (I wrote that when I didn't know I'd find all the people for this)

Things you need to know:

The RP is post-reichenbach. It's set somewhere in February 2012 (so after the Christmas Party seen in A Scandal in Belgravia)

Greg divorced his wife shortly after that trip to Dorset.

He and Molly slept together once, but no one will know about that.

He left the next morning, regretting what they had done and didn't call again (JERK)

BAM Molly got pregnant on the first go (excuse our RP plot cliches). Something with torn condom.

Greg has a daughter with his ex. Her name is Rachel and she's 4.

Greg has a good bond with both Dimmock and Sally. He's very fond of them in a professional manner, and yes, probably also a bit paternal instinct. But he will never be their dad or something.

Dimmock has a kid called Ryan (not sure how old he is during this time of the RP)

As far as I know, ssdonovan's Sally is dating accidentalacidburn's Anderson

I'll leave it up to John to decide what their relationship is with Sherlock :3 He got dumped after Christmas by Jeanette, so you can choose if you want John to be single, in a relationship or whatelse (with Sherlock is also fine)

I wrote that Sherlock couldn't be bothered to come, simply because I didn't want to involve ANOTHER RPer because multi rps can be rather slow since you're in a certain posting order and bla. We can say Sherlock is neck deep in a case and didn't want to get distracted.

So I have this RP with alwaysandnevercounted and Greg just got shot and he’s gonna be unconcious while everyone fights with his ex over the fact he’s with Molly already a month after he divorced Carolyn so I can’t really write much involving him.

Does anyone want to join that argument, or should I write it myself? I’m gonna need a Dimmock, Sally and John. Any takers? [post is here]

WEDDING RP TO START SOON

Guys! I'm writing a starter for the RP soon! Now, we are with quite a lot, so it will not be the fastest RP, since some live in different time zones. The thing is, I don't expect you to make novel-sized replies. If you feel like you can only write a few sentences, or even skip a turn, don't be afraid to do so!

When you're skipping, just reblog the last message and add that you're skipping, so you don't have to sent many messages to all the people.

There will be a posting order, which will be alphabetic on SURNAME So that would mean: Anderson, Dimmock, Donovan, Holmes, Hooper, Hudson, Lestrade, Morstan, Watson.

I'll include the order either in the title or in the post to keep everyone reminded.

But I think it will all begin like this: Greg will be at his and Molly's home, having cold feet. Molly and Mary will be at Mary and John's house, and they will all meet at the church. So either Molly and Mary are absent at first until they meet with John in some side room in the church, of they RP on another thread.

Also keep in mind that this will be a HUGE rp. People will be waiting for a reply. I'm not gonna force anyone to hurry up, but if you're having troubles replying or you're just too busy, feel free to skip a turn or just post something really short. Really, no one is going to be upset about that.

I can't tag all people, since tumblr only registers the first 5 tags. So instead, we'll be using the lestradehooper tag. This way, you can reach people from the RP and you don't have to sent many separate messages to everyone. I suggest you track this tag to keep updated!

I made a sideblog and will reblog ALL replies on there in the right order so you can all read it back without having to visit separate blogs or scroll through your dash. Yeah, this will mean double posts will appear on your dash (I'm sorry), but at least we'll keep the entire story together.

# 037 -- ☮ - Friendship headcanon -- he's very fond of Sally and Dimmock. He has witnessed both of them grow from being a DC to become a DS (and Dimmock into a DI) and he feels strangely proud of the both of them.

It's probably his paternal instinct that kicks in whenever Sally or Dimmock are about to get themselves into trouble. He often warns them for mistakes they are about to make, often remember situations he has experienced himself and he wants to help them avoid the pain and hurt he  had felt back then.

He often fails, though. But he will never put up an 'I-told-you-so' attitude towards them.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

molly-does-count and diglestrade are getting married!

It is the year 2015, four years after Sherlock's death. Molly and Greg have been together for 2 years and are about to tie the knot.

molly-mun and I thought it would be a great experience to write about a real wedding with all mayor characters involved.

Among the Sherlock-characters, the following would be invited:

Sherlock (sherlockgetsboredeasily)

Mary (mrsmmw)

Mrs. Hudson (housekeeper-hudson)

Anderson (accidentalacidburns)

Sally (ssdonovan)

Dimmock (dimmock-rp)

(I don't think Mycroft would be invited or even bothered to come since this is a Molstrade-rp and I myself don't see how Mycroft and Greg would be good friends so he would be invited to Greg's wedding)

Things you need to know:

This will be Greg's second wedding. He got divorced shortly after Christmas 2011.

The wedding takes place a year after John and Mary's wedding. Greg asked Molly to marry him on their wedding.

He has a daughter with Carolyn, his first wife. She will be bridesmaid. Rachel will be 7.

Molly helped Sherlock to fake his death.

While Sherlock was away, she was great support for John, Greg and Mrs. Hudson (although Mrs H. knew Sherlock wasn't dead so she needed less comforting than John and Greg). 

Greg has some serious self-esteem issues because he thinks he's too old to get married to such a young girl, so he will probably have refused Molly's proposals a few times. Even during the engagement and planning of the wedding, he will often try to chicken out but especially John and Sally talk him out of it.

Dimmock (Iain) and Greg are close friends. Iain is on Greg's team and was his DS for a long while until he was promoted to DI as well. They have a close, professional apprentice/master kind of relationship which also leans towards a father/son relationship.

Only Greg refers to Dimmock as Iain. The rest calls him Dimmock.

Dimmock has a kid. His name is Ryan.

Dimmock is Greg's best man.

John is giving Molly away. 

Sally and Dick (Anderson) are in a relationship.

Greg is very fond of Sally, in a professional way. He thinks she talented and will one day make a good DI. He loves to see Iain and Sally grow but he might sometimes be a bit protective over the both of them (in a non-professional way -- when talking about private problems and such)

(Send me a submit thingy if you want anything added about your characters! I think it's essential if everyone knows each others character like they've known each other for years!)

Right now, dimmock-rp, loyalblogger and I are doing a Stag night rp, and molly-does-count and I are writing how Greg proposed to her and how they are going to do all domestic things in preparation of he wedding :3
