Back in Florida for work, which means food is super PRIMO

Night 1:

Went for Korean and look at the size of that fucking pork chop! Shit was tender AF. Cut like butter and was so good. Soju is top tier. I'm feeling good and it goes down so smooth. If you don't like the taste of alcohol, I recommend soju cuz it don't smell or taste nasty. The red stuff is a Tteok-bokki, mixture of rice cakes, veggies, fish cake pieces and a boiled egg in spicy gochujang broth.

Work sent me to Florida for a week. Here's my dinner on this balmy Tuesday:

Godzilla for my adult beverage of choice (vodka, passion fruit liquor, kiwi puree and lemon juice)

And for the eats:

Blistered shishito peppers and crispy duck ramen.

And holy fucking godballz I'm in love 😍

You can tell the noodles are fresh because they still have that hint of gumminess when you chew and the crispy duck paired so well with the tonkotsu, bokchoy and the soft boiled egg.

The peppers are fire roasted and garnished with black garlic oil, salt and brown sugar. The peppers that resemble anakin Skywalker at the end of Episode 3 were the tastiest which surprised me a little bit.
