Tumblr hangouts tomorrow! Nez show tomorrow! This time, I will know which Internet friends I am standing in line with rather than be surprised by it :D One of the friends going with our group is the most beloved record store owner in town. He rules. It will be his first time seeing nez perform and he's so excited! He took a special liking to my cousin and I because we started coming in his record store as little teenage girls when it first opened years and years ago to buy a weird mixture of monkees vinyl and punk records. He would ask us, "you guys like this stuff?! how do you even know it??" He is the one who gifted me with the signed copy of the monkees s/t album that had everyone's signature except mike, which I finally completed earlier this year when I saw him in Detroit. Is it tomorrow yet?! Michael nesmith or bust!

Right now I'm watching TorchWood : Miracle Day and kind of live tweeting as I watch.
I like to make different ice cream flavors but I can't eat ice cream because I can't imbibe dairy or cheese. But I can still have butter as well as frozen and normal yogurt.
I would rather text with someone then talk on the phone with them. Texting is my preferred way to communicate.
I am kind of anti-social. I prefer to be by myself most of the time, but when I want to be in the company of people, I'll let it be known.
I recently had a pregnancy scare.
I am about 40 books behind on my "To Read" list.
I earnestly collect records of artists that I like/love because I think vinyl is awesome no matter how antiquated. I do it cause I love it, not because I want other people to think I'm cool *cough* cough* Hipsters *cough* *cough*
I was physically assaulted and bullied through out most of my middle school years (6th-8th grade) because I was an Oldies music/Monkees Fan
I haven't listened to the radio in about 13 years.
The past year has kind of been really good and it scares me to say that.

Update: We responded to this person's comment, and this is what she said in reply:

" I know the values I hold dear are not valued by everyone and many "intelligent" adults think your vulgar, irreverent humor towards The Monkees is entertaining, and that is fine, to each his own. I have seen some funny posts from your FB page, and I have seen some that I would call very disrespectful and demeaning to Davy, Mike, Peter and Micky. That part about being "intelligent enough to recognize the context of the things we say and the intentions behind them" is just a way of saying profanity and sexual innuendo in reference to the guys is mutually entertaining. Go for it. I will say that I think if a FB group is not up to my standards i feel just not being a part of it is the appropriate thing to do. And to be honest, I didn't realize I had Liked your page! That is why it showed up in my newsfeed and why I reacted to it with the above comment. So, I will bow out now, and take my adieu and be gone. Thanks for explaining your point of view nicely! I will have to be very careful with my "Like" trigger finger from now on!!"

Yeah it really sucks, sigh. I doubt they originally sold it for that much, you know? I mean the only deluxe I have is "Head" and that was only $70. I don't understand why they need to be so greedy and hike up the price so much. Sigh. D:

I have a sweater from the first time I met Nez that has never been washed. It just hangs in its place of honor in my closet.
See I want to do that, but I like to dress and it's cute and I want to wear it again, but OMG!!! Nez touched it.
