Ok, so in Star Trek: Generations, there's a bunch of extras in Worf's hazing scene.
So are these holograms, or Lower Deckers who serve under Worf and are there for the party?
God now that I've stewed on it for over a week what Cmdr Ransom's VA (Jerry O'Connel) said about the only way the show can satisfactorily end is for Mariner and Boimler to be command-level themselves (Cmdrs and/or Captains) and welcome a new batch of Lower Deckers to their ship(s) and it's all I can think about for that show. It's the perfect end for it.
