Q: why is fusion qualified as less stable? doesn't integration improve communication?

A: we don't use or consider stability as a moral (good vs bad) thing (and leave it up to individual systems to decide whats healthiest for themselves), so we aren't claiming the term of stability as such - more just stability in terms of expected existence. it might also help to understand what we mean if you consider stability (as used in these terms) not as a sort of mental stability/clarity but predictability. ie: someone more stable(/predictable) in their existence would be less likely to fuse, whereas someone more unstable(/unpredictable) would be more likely to fuse. in terms of system or collective stability, it's the same idea.
