Eh, but that would mean the Sheriff would have to die, and since I like him over the Whittemores. That aside, maybe it could be something totally shallow and vapid like Disney's Cinderella was blonde and her prince had dark hair. I think it's because I just like Jackson not having it easy lol. AND! bonus points since his real parents are already dead, the Whittemores could very well be the wicked step parents.
