they actually cut this little moment from the broadcast (probably for time) but during curtain call, at Wakatsuki Yumi’s introduction, someone in the audience keeps calling out her name, and these two have the best reactions
Kyan-Yasha goes on the alert trying to figure out where it’s coming from, and Waka-chan goes full Kagome on the guy calling her, shushing him and telling him “Osuwari!”
My copy of the DVD arrived, and first off Bless the production people a million times over. The DVD is all regions. Do you know how often they do that with Japanese DVDs?? I don't know why they love us so much but they do and I'll love them forever for it.
Guys we need to TALK. I've literally JUST started the stage play DVD, and *already* some of the framing is different. It's the same performance that was broadcast before (the final night when they did the live viewing) but like... with fancier editing and carefully picked camera work. I can't believe my eyes. They actually re-edited the camera work for the DVD release. It's like I'm seeing it through all new eyes. Like literally I'm seeing scenes from completely different angles and I don't know what to do with myself. It's amazing. ***also yes there will be another stream of the play with THIS DVD VERSION!!! @angelhart79 has a copy and is arranging another stream using that one for the subtitles (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong please), so you will get to see what I'm talking about. Like it's seriously blowing my mind

This just in: the audio commentary track on the DVD of Inuyasha, Sesshomaru, Naraku, and Miroku's actors is the best They're just joking around and making dumb comments and teasing each other on their performances and it's amazing I'll try to grab some audio files to share cuz y'all need to hear this (there aren't subtitles but like.... you just need to hear them)

the best part of the Waka/Junna/Kaoru/Kenji commentary is that they just keep saying how cool everything is and the girls keep squealing over the 'kawaii' moments Also they're all cracking up over Kaede and it's adorable
