I feel like I should elaborate on ‘03 Shredder since my explanation was very vague. So, first time he “dies” he falls off the roof of a building while fighting the turtles and is crushed by a falling water tower, and the turtles assume he’s dead. He is not. Then, later in the story the turtles have a “final confrontation” with Shredder where Leo cuts off his head and they assume he is dead. He is not, because he’s actually a small alien in a robot body disguised as a human. Then, in early season 2, he tries to destroy the turtles with an imploding bomb that’s meant to kill them. They escape and he’s caught in the blast instead. Somehow (it’s not really explained) his adopted daughter, Karai, saves him and heals him in secret when even his other subordinates think he’s dead. There’s also the time where he gets pinned down while a cargo ship he’s using as a base explodes. The person who pinned him dies, but he’s not, somehow. Karai just fetches him out of the ocean. There’s also a horrible alternate future where he dies. As of the end of season 3 he goes put on trail for his intergalactic war crimes and exiled to an icy asteroid in space. Also the rest of the world thinks “Oroku Saki” is dead. I’m on season 4 and he isn’t back yet, but I know he will. I know there’s also a demon Shredder, another evil future Shredder, a cyber Shredder, and as of the end of the show he was being healed by Karai with intent to come back before the show was cancelled and we never saw that. There’s also Turtles Forever but I don’t know what happens there. My man will not fucking die.

I’m very curious about Ingo and Scáthach’s relationship. Like, how did the funny train man go from “Oh hey new person” to “That’s my husband right there”? :o

OH yeah sure here is . at least some timeline of that ->

they would have had prior knowledge of each other before meeting each other due to the weird nature of both the diamond and pearl clan finding some strange guy who appeared out of nowhere with no memory

ingo would have been placed in the coronet highlands as sneaslers warden while scáthach would have left for the highlands after being asked to leave the diamond settlement due to the entire thing with darkrai causing people to have nightmares

ingo would have wanted to have some sort of friendship with him due to the two of them ending up in hisui under similar circumstances. scáthach would have been extremely reluctant to talk any other person at this point. but he does really like sneasel and thats ultimately the thing that makes him want to talk to ingo at all

they also were both residents of nimbasa and despite losing their memories they would have felt a vague sense of familiarity about each other. having some form of connection to home in the existence of each other

they form some sort of friendship with each other over time and become close enough to the point where scáthach is rarely seen without being near ingo, like ingo is one of the only things that does help ground him in reality despite how bizarre the situation theyre in is. scáthach does develop some romantic feelings for him but doesnt act on it

they do slowly regain some of their memories. usually small arbitrary things that they can share with each other to help recontextualize things and get a better understanding of their world they were from. but memories regarding their families would be distressing, would have been a comfort to the two of them to have someone whos going through the same thing. strangely enough darkrais nightmare influence helps a bit with memories locked away in the subconscious rising to the surface

scáthach being there for ingos lowest moments to provide emotional support and not just pity is one of the things that makes him see scáthach as more of a life partner than a friend. although he doesnt really like. SAY this to scáthach at all. .which is why shit like this occurs
