The chain is 5mm polished wheat chain in surgical stainless steel. The clasp behind the neck is a larger lobster claw clasp. The entire necklace is hypoallergenic as well as rust and tarnish resistant. The spring ring connector can be easily opened allowing you remove the cross and either wear the chain by itself or connect your own item.
