by all accounts it seemed that voroshilov was bad at any job that didn't involve horses or making friends with people but stalin kept him around because he was silly and made stalin smile

see i don't think that voroshilov would take a mean domming from stalin, he wouldn't like it and he would be upset. on the other hand i think molotov could take literally anything stalin throws at him. he's nicknamed stoneassed for a reason. he's koba's little cute pain puppy and he likes it.
