Lohen looks at the other with a bit of a surprised look, was his neck being targeted once again? His eyes shimmer as he spoke, trying to remain calm.

“Honestly, why do everyone look at me when questioned if I put something in their drinks? I can assure you, there’s nothing in yours so nothing to fear.”

Anyone may be wondering if this was some kind of joke for her of all individuals to be captured. The answer, to some degree, was yes. Her sense of humor partially led to her feigning being caught, if only to further indulge in her curiosity on this enigmatic group of individuals doing questionable things in the forest.
They didn't even restrain her. Maybe she had been too compliant? Or maybe they were just legitimately bad at this? She chose to be endeared by it rather than view it at an insult to underestimate her.
Occasionally, she heard some passing commentary on experimentation being done. That quirked her interest, as an experimenter herself. But it was all relatively vague, lacking much context. For the moment, she resigned herself to just gather information as it came whilst awaiting whoever was to speak with her.
