mmy,, beautiful stmamps,,,,,,,
for those with ADHD I have by far the stupidest thing that has ever consistently worked for motivating me and structuring my time.:
stamps. rubber stamps and ink. you can use stickers but I found stamps is my shit.
you make a list in the morning and you have a bunch of pretty stamps with a bunch of ink colors and if you do a task you get to pick a stamp and a color to match it. it's suuuuper dumb but it has worked for upwards of 30 days. everyday i have worked out, taken my meds on time, and gotten through most of my email/financial/work/interpersonal shit that I absolutely would have not done in a timely way.
is this cute?

Hello lovely!! Can I ask 8. Any recurring dreams? 19.favourite thing about the day? and 28. do you collect anything?🧡🧡🧡
Rory! You gem! 🧡
8. Any Recurring Dreams?
Not that I can think of—I don't usually have super memorable dreams, but when I do, they're very vivid so I like to write them down. Looking back at those...doesn't look like we've got any repeats hahaha (although a few continuations?)
19. Favourite Thing About the Day?
Unsure if this is about today specifically or any day, so I'll do both!
Today: My bed's been nice and toasty all day and I spent the morning getting casually caught up with some youtube videos while I waited for the call to go into work (which didn't come! she's officially off duty!)
Any day: I really like my commute? Because of how tight my schedule is, I can't really afford to depend on DC's public transit options (especially when my work and school aren't on the same line of the metro) so I drive in/out of work and school. I like to spend that time listening (read: screaming along) to music, or listening to audiobooks, or taking phone calls with advisors, etc. That's the least encumbered time I have, in my opinion, so it feels really special to me.
28. Do you collect anything?
Not formally? I love stamps so I've got a lot of them, but I wouldn't call myself a true stamp collector. Same with ghost decor + ducks. Love love love ghosts and ducks, but wouldn't consider myself a proper collector hahaha
Ask me questions from this list!
reblog with weird stuff you collect in the tags!
