After some thorough brainstorming and looking up some Rick Heinrich’s art for the Tim Burton movies, other cartoony villians and observing character designs deeper within Okage I thought, why not give him a simple body design that would match his more shadowy appearance?

Also the triangular shape of his torso would definitely be a good opportunity to add a high upturned collar and cape since most villains are famous for wearing them.

A larger, triangular torso as well and a very thin waist(THEM FEMININE HIPS DANGIT) and thin legs.

Looking again, some characters in okage have horns. Why not give him some too? It would sure transition well with the two pointy things he has on his head. And hey, he’s the shadow king after all (oh and teeth hehe)

I decided to remove the pointy ears cause they didn’t make sense seeing no other okage character having them(as far as I’ve seen.) I thought the head and face felt too… giga-chad so I softened it and widened his face more. The arms I wanted to keep them long and spindly like in his shadow form.

Also about his hair I didn’t think it looked bad so I kept it and added a little something on the nape to make him look more distinguished since most of the time he does speak in a formal tone despite him acting immature at times cause he’s so frickin old xD

I kept the suit since it looked pretty cool for the most part and made his shoes pointy cause… the others were way too casual for my tastes.
