Headcanon of the day:

Tonks’s hair changes color when she’s dreaming. Remus likes to watch this when he wakes up in the middle of the night, and he learned to tell when she’s having a nightmare because her hair will shift between red, black, and dark blue in a quick cycle. He knows to wake her up when this happens.

This is so sweet, Remus picks up on her habits and mannerisms pretty quickly during his pining era...

He absolutely loves watching her hair change color...., he can see very good at night and the first thing he saw upon opening his eyes is a colourful bundle of hair, its one of the things he missed the most while in the werewolf camp in HBP, he'd wake up in the middle of the night and sleepily reach for her and look for her colourful head in the darkness before realizing where he is

There was one on fanfiction.net where Remus was the author of “hairy snout, human heart”, and wrote a sequel through which he proposed to Tonks.

I'm always open. Bt I must warn you guys, I'm not very good at it...I'm the worst at remembering fic names even if I remember reading them most of the time...I've had to ask @celestemagnoliathewriter for help on more then one occasion...she's amazing at it... and I'll probably be dreadfully late at times....bt I can promise I'll try my best to find u the fic.

Now the fic....Its one of my favorite fics of all time... and I remember reading it twice in one go because I couldn't process how magnificent it was in one reading...its like a beautiful song that has to be played over and over again before I'm satisfied with it. I think I'll read it again.

Headcanon of the day: Tonks loves it when Remus audibly gasps at plot twists in books.

Omg, that's so cute, she loves how he can dive into a book and be completely consumed by it...he doesn't notice anything around himself when this happens, so Tonks often stares at him to her heart's desire when she finds him like this...she thinks he looks exceptionally fetching in this state. 😏

He gasps, furrows his brows, smiles, frowns, and even laughs out loud sometimes... it really is a beautiful sight

Before they got together, Tonks would frequently “accidentally” wind up hanging out in the same place as Remus before meetings.

And he obviously didn't think anything of it, apart from what a lucky coincidence it was

Headcanon of the day: Remus is not a violent person, but he will throw hands if someone insults or tries to hurt Tonks. In the same vein, people don't insult Remus in front of Tonks because they know she'll go absolutely feral.
