The earliest shoots from Alexandra Anthony’s personal documentary Lost in the Bewilderness were done in 8 mm film, before she moved to 16 mm for the bulk of the filmming. But later she shot some scenes in standard definition video and finally HD. The film took 30 years to complete, and as you watch it, the film & video platforms progress through time with the film’s characters.
