Jojo Headcannon time
So its more of a theory but I believe the bow and arrow are actually a form automatic stand similar to Anubis
Amd the stands power is to seek those of strong will and grant them the abilities they need to achieve thier ambitions (give them stands or etc)
And is a semi sentient stand as seen in part 4 when the arrow itself chooses to pierce people such as RPS Kid, Mikitaka ( who is still a wierd case and i believe to actually be an alien) amd when it pierces Kira giving him Bites the Dust
