Hat tipped to the barman as he entered, Sniper took a moment to breathe. Though it wasn't in search of alcohol that he usually came here, it didn't mean he couldn't enjoy the atmosphere: the murmur of voices mingled with glasses clinking and the occasional giggle at the television; the warm smell of yeast and cheap air freshener; the creak of old wood beneath your feet. He was about to take his usual secluded corner when his eyes drifted to the bar. Holy-- "Didn't expect to see you 'ere, lad."
So far it had been a quiet night, and due to recent events the Frenchman was grateful for that. It was dangerous he knew, to be drinking here alone with only the comforts of a whiskey bottle to provide any sort of companionship. Quite suddenly a voice he least expected greeted Spy’s ears from his stool within the uninhabited tavern, and for a moment he wondered if he simply had way too much to drink. But not even his imagination could hallucinate the look of curiosity he caught behind the Australians aviators as he studied him for possible explanations as to why he would be here. The blu highly doubted he was going to come up with any answers. “I am not in the mood to speak to you bushman.” He drawled as he looked back to his glass, irritably starring down its contents. “As you would say in that accent of yours, ‘piss off’.”
