All I really care is you wake up in my arms. One last time I need to be the one who takes you home.

I'm really sorry for not posting this sooner but these past couple days I've been in shock, what happened in Manchester is so upsetting and cruel and my heart goes out to all of the 22 victims, the 50+ in hospital, all of the fans at the concert and Ariana Grande, no one should ever have to go through this, they were just there to see their idol and got their lives taken away from them, my heart also goes out to the town of Marawi in the Philippines, Bangkok in Thailand and Jakarta in Indonesia and I hope one day this type of violence ceases to exist 💔
Watching the One Love concert while it's taking place less than ten minutes away from where I am right now at my parents house, wish I could be there but honestly just seeing so many artists and people come together to support Manchester has got me choked up and I'm so proud of my hometown ❤️

Last night I watched my favourite band, 방탄소년단, perform and they were by far the best thing I have ever witnessed. Ever. While I watched these stunning boys out perform every other artist I've ever seen, my heart raced. With joy and anxiety. I feel like I watched the entire concert with one eye on the boys, and one eye on my surroundings. The events in Manchester hit too close to home for me. And last night, singing along to my favourite songs, with 20,000 other fans, all there to celebrate their love for music, I felt heartbroken. It's awful to think that someone has the power to make people feel anxious about something that should make them feel so happy. At the same time, we can't let this kind of fear take over our lives. We must show that we're much stronger than that - that our love overpowers their hate. I don't know how Ariana, her fans, the first responders, their families and anyone else there that night have dealt with the aftermath of what happened only a few days ago, but I hope they know, the world is with them. #StandWithManchester 🇬🇧🇦🇺🇰🇷 (at Qudos Bank Arena)
