The daily card for today is: Star Spring
The Star Spring, located near the High Rock Spring, probably holds the distinction for having the most names of any of the springs in Saratoga. In the late 1700s it was called the Gunpowder Spring. It was then changed to the President Spring. In 1834 it became the Iodine Spring. By the time this photo was taken, it had been renamed the Star Spring or simply Saratoga Spring. The name Star Spring stuck from 1860 until the spring and its bottling house were eventually razed, and the grounds of High Rock Park now cover the site (Robert Joki, Saratoga Lost).
