Every series of Star Trek always has these things: (Basically)
1) The plague episode that makes everyone act crazy and/or wanting to get freaky.
2) That one (or more) episode where that one character who is a different species needs to mate like RIGHT NOW—
3) Q is there—Q is bullying somebody( I know he’s not in EVERY single series but let’s pretend he is because he basically is).
4) THE TRIAL EPISODES—every series(that I’ve seen anyway) has so many trial episodes lol someone is always almost in jail—(The Q one is iconic) (Next Gen has like 80 trials I promise you lol)
5) Literally the most crazy sexual tension or sexual/steamy episode. So many episodes just be like “anyway SEX—“ and I’m like AHH! But if you like that, that’s fine too, I just think it’s funny lol.
6) A hot captain—yeah a hot captain.
7) UHHH UHH I can’t stop at 6–OOH! The characters always transporting to a new planet without GEAR on—even if the planet has air, no wonder y’all keep getting infections when you don’t show up in your suits lolll. (I know some episodes they get gear but I will clown them until the end of time lol)
8) Somebody Quotes Shakespeare I promise. I’m mostly thinking of Picard but please I bet the others have it lol.
9) I think this is just Kirk and Picard, but those episodes where they both get stuck on a random planet and have to fight another leader/alien.
10) CLONES OR ALTERNATE SELVES—! oh my gosh (Again I think that’s Kirk and Picard because I don’t remember if the others have it but I BET THEY GOT IT—! Lol Mirror, Mirror, the other evil kirk, and Picard from the uh future, and fake Picard when he got captured and had to break out of an escape room) (Update I just remembered Future Janeway ADD her to the roster lol)
