Heya what’s your favorite brook part\s? (btw I also love brook he’s an absolute sweetheart and needs more praise lmao I’d be willing to chat about him but I don’t have a friends who watch one piece)

i’m a huge fan of his backstory!!!! it’s what sold me on him in the first place. i just love a good tragedy.....

actually a lot of the end of thriller bark. the piano scene.... god it makes me so emotional. i love Luffy and Brook’s friendship so much it’s unreal. the captain anf his long-awaited musician.... and i love Brook’s very traditional form of loyalty, anytime it comes up it Gets me it’s so sweet. like kneeling and swearing allegiance to Luffy, that scene in film z (a movie which i otherwise hate) where he goes out into the rain to hold an umbrella over Luffy’s head without really bothering to keep himself dry.... i LOVE THAT CONTENT

Oop sorry to ask something again but, I’m curious. How long did it take you to start coming up with this comic? It’s pretty great so far! 💖

No worries, ask as many questions as you’d like! Let’s see, I started thinking of the AU in late September. It took a few days to come up with the name, then I claimed the URL. I think I wrote the Prologue in a few days (because I was motivated, could usually take weeks), then started drawing the references. As I was drawing the Prologue, I came up with major plot points throughout the rest of the story. I don’t fully write out chapters until they’re close. I prefer to write chapters before I draw them, so I won’t get too excited for future chapters and then unmotivated because it’ll take a long time to get to them. There are 4 separate character asks before the next chapter, with short comics to transition between them. I plan on writing the next transition this next week. I hope that answered your question, I may have gone off track.
