1. What is your favorite method of exercise?
Shopping ;). No, just kidding (kinda); I love doing any type of bootcamp training. The sweatier I get and the more dead I feel after a workout, the better.
2. Do you have a favorite post-work out snack?
Yes! I love eating greek yogurt with mixed nuts or a banana with peanut butter.
3. What initially made you want to get fit/healthy?
Well initially (when I started competitively swimming), I wanted to get healthy because I was a fat kid basically. Now, I can't imagine my life without fitness.
4. Sidewalks, running trails, or treadmills?
No to treadmills. Yes to sidewalks and hell yea fucken right to running trails
5. Strength training or cardio (or both)?
Always a combination of both
6. Fruits or veggies?
Both por favor
7. If you practice yoga, what’s your best pose and what needs more attention?
I'm so bad at yoga so all of my moves need work basically but anything that involves my lower back needs the most attention
