I know you said you didn’t want to write a part 2 for the Steve Harrington is your fucktoy story or were keeping your options open. But …. I’m begging you ist there even a slighted chance for a part 2? Just pure fluff were she tells him she loves him and he is enough PLEASE. I have read that story at least 10 times I’m so obsessed with it. I need to know if there is a chance so I can sleep peacefully at night.

I wrote you looked so beautiful slipping right through my fingers based on that story. It can be read as a part 2 for steve harrington is your fucktoy but it isn't necessarily canon to the universe because honestly.. it's way more angst, so it can also be read as a standalone. There's no fluff AT ALL, although there are hints of love, or at least the care, the reader holds for him; like when Steve remembers her scolding him when he used to talk down on himself.
So yeah, it's not the sweet part 2, but it's definitely worth a read! And to answer your question more directly: I don't think I'll write a cutesy part 2 for it because ( for me ) that specific story was always meant to end up in melancholy. I'M SORRYYYYYY.
But who knows, maybe I'll write yet another unofficial part 2 that's fluff and tender? Chances are slim, though. 😭
